Samenvatting

Oncology is a psychosocial condition that significantly affects both cancer patients and their families. A trans-diagnostic, multimodal approach, such as ReAttach therapy, may play a crucial role in the recovery from this complex condition by targeting underlying mechanisms and influencing the networks associated with persistent symptoms [1].  This is the first study protocol to assess the effectiveness of ReAttach therapy in oncology patients. The protocol outlines a prospective observational cohort study to evaluate the effectiveness of ReAttach therapy in this population, using the Symptom Amplification Model (SAM) and continuous real-world data collection via NeuroLog [2]. This protocol is part of a systematic research program that investigates ReAttach therapy across various psychobiosocial conditions (functional neurological disorder [3], post-concussion syndrome [4], oncology, fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s Disease).
